At Blended Therapy, we provide early intervention support for children under 9 years across Northern Adelaide.
Our Early Intervention Specialists come from a range of professional backgrounds including: Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Developmental Education and Psychosocial Therapy. Our team works closely together to support your child’s development, participation and independence in everyday life.
We come to you – providing therapy at home, childcare, preschool, school and in the community.

Blended Therapy Services was created to address a gap in early intervention. We wanted families to experience therapy that feels connected and coordinated, rather than having to navigate multiple professionals, appointments and separate therapy plans.
Our transdisciplinary model gives your family one consistent keyworker, supported by the knowledge and experience of a wider therapy team. This allows us to consider your child’s development as a whole and provide practical support that fits into everyday family life.
Our team includes qualified Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Developmental Educators and Psychosocial therapists with experience supporting children and families. Our professionals maintain the registrations and memberships relevant to their disciplines and undertake ongoing professional development.
We provide therapy in the places where everyday life happens—at home, childcare, preschool, school and in the community. This allows your child to practice meaningful skills within familiar routines and helps caregivers and educators confidently support their development between sessions.

Your family will be matched with an Early Intervention Specialist who becomes your keyworker and main point of contact throughout your child’s therapy journey.
Together, we will identify your family’s priorities and develop meaningful goals based on your child’s strengths, needs and everyday routines. Your keyworker will provide regular therapy in your child’s natural environments while collaborating with our wider transdisciplinary team.
Through ongoing discussions, joint sessions and team meetings, your keyworker can draw on expertise from Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Developmental Education and Psychosocial practice. We will regularly review your child’s progress with you and adjust their support as their needs and priorities change.
This provides your family with one consistent relationship and a coordinated team working towards the same goals.
